National and State Conventions April 2010

Filed under: National CP News — Tom @ 2:39 pm

The Spring 2010 National meeting of the Constitution Party will be held Friday, April 30th and Saturday, May 1st at the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport Hotel, 7901 – 34th Avenue South, Bloomington, MN 55425. There is a free airport shuttle and a free shuttle to the Mall of The Americas, so bring the family.

Important Reminders!!

1) Time is running short to take advantage of the fabled “early bird discount!” The “early bird” rate for this meeting is the ridiculously low amount of $165 for those registrations postmarked on or before April 7th. (See link below for children and other special rates)

2) The cut-off date for making hotel reservations at the special CP meeting price is also April 7th, 2010. We are informed by the hotel that they will NOT be able to accommodate this special rate beyond April 7th, so make your hotel reservations NOW! Please call the hotel directly to make your sleeping room reservations. There are two ways to make your room reservations – by calling – 1-800-EMBASSY or online http://www.embassymspairport.com with the group code TCP. If calling, be sure to say that you are with the Constitution Party in order to get our special rate of $109 plus tax for singles and $129 plus tax for doubles. All rooms are suites so even singles have a fold-out couch in the living room area. If you have previously had any difficulty with the hotel in making these reservations please try again now. Should you continue to have problems in making these reservations, please contact our Constitution Party National Meeting Coordinator, Joan Castle at: dlc2586@aol.com.

3) If you’re a Constitution Party candidate or are thinking about running for office or are planning to work in support of a Constitution Party candidate or slate of candidates in 2010 this campaign training seminar is an absolute MUST. The time has come for Constitution Party candidates and their campaigns to learn how to become competitive and learn what it takes to win. This intensive full day training session will provide important information and practical tips about how to do just that. Also the fundraising portion of the seminar will be very valuable not only for candidates and their campaigns but for those charged with the leadership of local and state organizations who will benefit greatly from these valuable lessons on how to raise money.
